I started this piece a few weeks after I moved to Longboat Key, excited to paint the beauty that surrounds me. Im not sure what distraction took my focus, but I sat it aside. This weekend I decided to finish it. I mean, the Plumeria is one of my favorite flowers!
This particular variety is named “Divine”, such an appropriate name. It’s fantastic colors and scent are captivating.
I look forward to seeing this piece in a home or other special place, but in the meantime, it’s in mine!
